Our services are provided via mail, over the phone or the conference call in case of a need.

A team of certified doctors will be available for you case-by-case. 

The information collected is highly confidential and will be archived for 5 years.

The maximum response time for each case is 15 minutes since the first inquiry. 

The treatment plan will be built upon the items listed in the medical chest on board.

In some cases, when the vessel is in the port or nearby, a patient may need to be seen by a specialist ashore. We can help in such cases as well and suggest the best medical facility, clinic, or pharmacy that will suit your needs. 

We have access to most of the port's medical facilities, which can provide proper, timely medical care. We can refer you to any of those clinics when needed to seek consultations with a particular specialist. 

In case of a MEDEVAC, when a seafarer is diagnosed with a life-threatening emergency requiring immediate evacuation, we can also provide the hospitals to which the patient should be transferred for further treatment and liaise between you two.  

If you need REPATRIATION* for medical issues (with an escort or without), we can assist you with that as well.

A separate service is the PSYCHOLOGICAL CONSULTATIONS*, such as group therapy, home-based consultations and/or personal sessions (which are the most common).

*Repatriation and Psychological consultation/s are the separate services due to there specificity, and should be included in the agreement if desired. The topic in the agreement will provide more detailed information how to lead each case.
